  Warranty policy:
  1. We offer 1 month Shoe Warranty
  2. Water damage claim will not be entertained.
  3. Shoes will be repaired within 10-15 days incase any issue arrise's.
  
  Exchange and Refund : 
  1) Shoe size can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. ( ONLY IF NOT USED)
  2) Shoe article can also be exchanged within 7 days of purchase ( ONLY IF NOT USED) delivery charges will be applied 

          3) No exchange and refunds on sale items.

EASY REFUND POLICY:

•  If due to any reason customer wants to return the shoe, 20% of the total charges will be deducted. (e.g : If the price of the shoe is 5000 rupees then 1000 rupees will be deducted as stated in our refund policy)

 

• Refund possible only within 7 days of purchase.
•  Refund will be made within 7 working days.

   

  Charges:  
  The customer will cover the delivery charges.

  Payment Adjustment:
  - If the new order amount is less than the original, the company will refund the difference.
  - If the new order amount is more, the customer will pay the difference.

Damage Policy

Time:
Report any damaged or defective items within 2 days of receiving your order.

Requirements:
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The damage or defect must be reported with clear photos or videos as proof.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging tags intact .

Charges:

• If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or mishandling during delivery, the company will cover the replacement shipping cost.
• If the item was damaged due to customer misuse, it will not be eligible for replacement.

Process:

   (or)

After reviewing the claim, the company will either replace the item or provide a suitable resolution.

3. Using your shoes in difficult conditions: Wearing your leather shoes in harsh weather conditions, such as rain or snow, can harm the leather. Avoid wearing them on rough or uneven surfaces, which might result in scuffs and scratches.
4. Avoid extreme temperatures: Avoid exposing your shoes to extreme temperatures, such as direct sunlight or heat. This can cause the rubber sole to crack or the leather to dry out.
